I’m searching for a floral designer for my wedding, when should I begin reaching out to book your service?

We recommend that you reach out 6-9 months prior to your wedding to ensure ample time for planning. While there is no cut off time, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to our limited availability. All floral proposals must be finalized and approved 1 month prior to the wedding.

Do you offer free consultation? How can I set one up?

Yes, our process starts with the inquiry form. Your date and venue must be confirmed in order to proceed. Once you submit the inquiry form, we will reach out to gather more details, as well as sending you invitation to a free consultation.

What should I expect during the free consultation?

Based on the details you provided, we will present you a customized proposal which includes color palette, visual inspirations and pricing estimate. To secure your date, a 50% retainer is required.

How much do you charge for your floral services? Is there a minimum?

Pricing is highly dependent on the style, the scale and guest count. The choice of premium or off season flowers such as peony or garden roses, also contributes to higher price. We have a minimum of $8,000 for full service weddings and events. For intimate events with less than 50 guests, the starting minimum is $3,000 before tax. Please inquire to find out more.

What does your price include?

In general, for full service weddings and events, our price includes all flowers, labor, transportation, equipment, delivery, setup and strike.

Do you offer payment plan?

Yes! We understand there’re a lot of expenses involved in planning a wedding. Therefore we offer interest free installment plan for couples booking our full production services. Please note that full balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding.  

I’m having an intimate ceremony with close family and friends. I would like a floral arch. How much would that cost?

The cost of ceremony backdrop varies depending on the style, floral choice and the complexity of setup. If you have less than 50 guests, the minimum is $3,000.

I’m having a destination wedding, do you travel?

Currently we are serving NYC, Long island including the Hamptons, the Hudson valley, part of NJ and CT. Other destinations are case by case, please send your request to hello@yourstrulyflowers.com, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Do you provide floral services for events other than weddings?

Yes! Our team is available for special occasions as well. Popular requests are wedding proposals, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, birthday celebrations etc. Please inquire to find out more.
